Standard payment timeline

EVA processes payment the next business day after your event via direct deposit. Once processed, funds typically appear in your account within 1–3 business days, depending on your bank.

💡

Note: If your event takes place on a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, payment is initiated on the following Monday (the next business day).

Requirements for payment

To receive payment, your account must have the following on file:

  • A completed W9 form
  • Your direct deposit (ACH) banking information

If either of these is missing, payment will be delayed until both are on file. You can add or update your payment information from your EVA dashboard.

What if I haven't received payment?

If it's been more than 3 business days after the expected payment date and you haven't received funds:

  1. Double-check that your direct deposit information is correct in your dashboard.
  2. Contact EVA Support at support@bookwitheva.com with your event name and the date it took place.
  3. Our team will look into the payment status and resolve any issues as quickly as possible.

Do not wait more than a week before reaching out. The sooner we know, the faster we can investigate and get you paid.
