Your EVA entertainer dashboard is your home base for finding gigs, managing offers, tracking booked events, and making sure
you're set up to get paid. This guide walks through every section of the dashboard so you can use it with confidence from day one.

At a glance: what's on your dashboard
Section / Element | What it does |
Welcome banner | Shows your name, current login streak, and how many new events are available to view. |
Approved Profiles | All your entertainer profiles that have been vetted and approved by EVA. |
Create New Profile | Start a new entertainer profile if you perform under multiple names or act types. |
Overview | A live count of upcoming events and your pending offers across all profiles. |
Booked Events | A full list of your confirmed upcoming and past bookings. |
Payout Readiness | Shows whether your W9 and direct deposit information are on file and ready. |
Resources | Quick links to the most useful help articles for entertainers. |
Left nav | Your main navigation: Dashboard, Events, My Profiles, Calendar, Payment Info, Documents, Resource Center, Support. |
Welcome banner
At the top of your dashboard you'll see your name and two quick metrics:
- Login Streak — how many consecutive days you've logged in. EVA tracks this because active engagement helps your profile stay visible and relevant in the system.
- New events to view — the number of new events posted that match your profile tags since you last logged in.
💡 | Tip: Logging in regularly — even just to check for new events — keeps your streak active and signals to EVA that your profiles are being managed. This can positively affect how often you're surfaced to planners. |
Approved Profiles
The Approved Profiles section shows every entertainer profile that has passed EVA's vetting process and is active on the platform. If you perform under multiple names, as different act types, or with different band configurations, each can have its own separate profile.
Each profile card shows:
- Profile photo and name
- Location (city, state)
Click any profile card to open and edit that profile, update your photos and video, adjust your tags, or review your offer history.
Creating a new profile
The Create New Profile button below your profile list lets you add a new entertainer profile to your account. This is useful if you want to represent yourself as a solo act and also as part of a duo, or if you play in multiple bands that each book separately.
⚠️ | Each new profile goes through EVA's approval process (1–2 weeks). Your existing approved profiles are not affected when you submit a new one. |
Overview
The Overview panel in the center of your dashboard gives you two important live numbers:
Section / Element | What it does |
Upcoming Events | The total number of confirmed booked events you have coming up across all your profiles. |
Pending Offers | The number of offers you've submitted that haven't yet been accepted or declined by a planner. |
These numbers update in real time as planners respond to offers and as new bookings are confirmed.
ℹ️ | Note: A high number of Pending Offers is normal — planners often take several days to review and decide. Don't withdraw an offer just because you haven't heard back quickly. |
Booked Events
The Booked Events list is your confirmed gig history and upcoming schedule combined. Each entry shows:
- Event name — the name given by the planner (may be a descriptive title or an internal reference code)
- Date and time — when the event starts
- Location — venue address or city
Click any event to open the full booking details — this is where you'll find the deal agreement, the planner's contact information, load-in instructions, and any messages from the EVA team.
Understanding event names
Some events use internal codes (like '2515556HC – Symposium 2025') rather than plain names. These are set by the planner and are normal — the event details page will always have the full venue, timing, and contact information regardless of what the name looks like.
View All Booked Events
At the bottom of the Booked Events panel, the View All Booked Events link takes you to your full booking history — useful for reviewing past performances, checking payment status on completed events, or finding planner contact details from a prior gig.
Payout Readiness
The Payout Readiness section tells you whether EVA has everything it needs to pay you after your events. It checks two things:
Section / Element | What it does |
W-9 | Your tax form. Required by US law for EVA to pay you. If it shows 'Collected off-platform,' your W9 is on file. |
Direct Deposit | Your bank account information for ACH payment. Required to receive payment. If it shows 'Collected off-platform,' your banking details are saved. |
When both items show as collected, you'll see the message: 'You are all set for payouts.' This means EVA will be able to pay you the next business day after each confirmed event.
⚠️ | If either W9 or Direct Deposit is missing, your payment will be delayed after your event — even if the event went perfectly. Get these set up before your first gig. Contact support@bookwitheva.com if you need help. |
ℹ️ | Payment timing: EVA pays via direct deposit the next business day after your event. It may take an additional 1–3 business days to appear in your bank account depending on your bank. |

The Resources panel in the top right of your dashboard provides shortcuts to the most-used help articles for entertainers:

The full Resource Center — including all guides, FAQs, and troubleshooting articles — is accessible from the Resource Center link in your left navigation menu.

Quickstart: getting your first booking
- Make sure your profile is complete — strong photos, a performance video, a clear bio, and accurate tags.
- Check Payout Readiness and confirm your W9 and direct deposit are both on file.
- Log in regularly. Check the 'New events to view' count on your dashboard and review open events from the Events page.
- Submit tailored offers to events that match your style and location.
- Monitor your Pending Offers count in the Overview panel — when a planner accepts, you'll be notified and the event moves into Booked.
💡 | Pro tip: The more active and complete your profile is, the more likely planners are to invite you directly — bypassing the open offer process entirely. Keep your media up to date. |
