EVA's platform is designed to handle multiple entertainment sets within a single event. When you create your event, you can specify multiple performance windows β for example, a cocktail hour set and a dinner reception set β and entertainers can see all of them when submitting offers.
How to set up multiple sets
- When creating your event, look for the set/performance details section.
- Add each performance window separately, with its own start time, duration, and any specific requirements.
- Entertainers will see all sets and can submit offers for one or all of them.
π‘ | Note: If you need different types of entertainment for different sets β for example, a DJ for cocktail hour and a live band for dinner β the same event post can attract both, since entertainers filter by what they offer. |
What if I need 6+ entertainment elements?
EVA can handle large-scale events with multiple entertainment needs. The more detail you include in your event post, the better. Talent will review the full scope and submit offers for the sets that fit them. You'll receive individual offers per set and can mix and match talent across your event.
