How does the booking process work?

For event planners:

1. Create a free account and post your event with details like date, location, budget, and type of entertainment.
2. Browse EVA's entertainer roster or wait for offers to come in from talent who match your event.
3. Review offers, message entertainers directly, and select the best fit.
4. Sign the contract and pay the deposit to confirm your booking.
5. EVA coordinates the remaining details — you show up and enjoy the event.

For entertainers:

1. Create a profile and submit it for vetting by the EVA team (1–2 weeks).
2. Once approved, browse open events and submit offers to the ones that fit your style and availability.
3. If selected, sign the deal agreement and prepare for the event.
4. After the event, EVA processes payment the next business day.

Is EVA free to use?
