Where to find planner contact info
Once your booking is confirmed, the event planner's contact information is available in your deal agreement and in your event details on the EVA dashboard. Log in, navigate to 'Events,' open the confirmed booking, and you'll find contact details there.
Messaging through the platform
EVA has a built-in messaging system that lets you communicate with planners directly through the platform. This is the preferred channel for all event-related communication — it keeps a clear record and ensures EVA's team can help if any issues arise.
⚠️ | All event communication should stay within EVA's platform or use the contact details provided in your deal agreement. Attempting to reach planners through external channels (social media, personal email you find independently) is not recommended and could create confusion. |
What if the planner hasn't reached out with event details?
If your event is within two weeks and you haven't received any communication about logistics (load-in time, venue contact, parking, etc.), proactively message the planner through the platform or contact EVA Support. Don't wait until the day before.
